Advertisement On PTLB Blogs

If you are interested in placing online advertisements upon blogs of Perry4Law’s techno Legal Base (PTLB), please contact us in this regard at pd37 (at) rediffmail (dot) com and perry4law (at) yahoo (dot) com. We allow online advertisement for a minimum of one (1) month and maximum of three (3) months, subject to renewal of the same at our sole discretion.

Online advertisers can renew their advertisements before the expiry of initial period, subject to payment of renewal fees as may be prescribed by PTLB on the basis of highest bid and latest online advertisement rates applicable to PTLB Blogs on the date of renewal. For l month advertisers a minimum 1 week advance notice to renew the advertisement is required and for 3 months advertisers a minimum of 1 month advance notice of renewal is required.

If the existing advertiser is willing to pay the highest bid or proposed advertisement fees by PTLB, he/she/it would be given priority. Otherwise, the highest bidder would be allocated the advertisement space once the initial advertisement period expires.

We would follow the technical and qualitative requirements as are applicable to online advertisements and would not place the advertisement in the main contents. All advertisements would be placed at the bottom of the contents with a no follow attribute. Objectionable advertisements, spam links, paid links, bad neighbourhood links, etc, as decided by PTLB in its sole discretion, would not be allowed to be placed on PTLB’s Blogs.

All advertisement requests must be made from the “official channel” of the proposed advertisers and anonymous, unofficial and unveriﬁed requests would be rejected out rightly. The communications must originate from the official e-mail of the website or organisation that wishes to advertise on our platforms. Similarly, phone numbers and address details must also be accompanies with the advertisement requests.

All advertisement proposals must be made in a clear and unambiguous manner that clearly mentions the duration of advertisement and the advertisement fees that are offered. Further, payments must be made as per the manner, standards and methods suggested by PTLB.

All payments must be made in full and in advance and payments are non refundable in nature for any reason whatsoever. Payments must be made exclusive of transfer charges, if any. No advertisement would be placed on our Blogs till the advertisement fees are “realised” by our account department. No agreement between PTLB and the advertiser would be conclusive till payments are realised in our favour.

If we ﬁnd any virus, malicious script, malicious code, malware, etc in the scripts, codes and advertisement materials provided by the advertisers, we would immediately cancel their advertisement agreement and forfeit the amount paid for the same.
